The School prepares its students to appear in the Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE) at the Class X level and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examination in the class XII level. Accordingly, the syllabus prescribed by the council for classes VIII- XII is taught.

For Classes I – VIII, adequate syllabus is prescribed and taught so as to equip the students to effectively deal with the board exams in the future. Innovative teaching aids like charts, out of class trips.

LEADERSHIP  

Founder Principal :  Mrs. Sheela Chopra, M.A. B.Ed., has a two and a half decade experience in school administration. She has been the driving force behind the success of this school and built this institution from 33 students to over a 1000 students.

Vice Principal : Mr. Biplab Chatterjee, M. Com, B.Ed, has been in the teaching profession for the last 25 years. His career started in 1983 at City College of Commerce & Business Administration (2 yrs) as a Part time lecturer in Commerce followed by Frank Anthony Public School (4 yrs) as Head of Dept. of Commerce, St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata (3 yrs) as Part time lecturer in Commerce and Don Bosco School, Park Circus (18 yrs) as a Senior Commerce Teacher and then subsequently became a Co-ordinator in Charge of Academics & Discipline till 2007. He is also a Resource Person associated with The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (22 yrs) conducting various training programmes for teachers in Accounts at the ISC level throughout. India as well as helping the Council in various types of Academic related issues.

Headmistress (Junior School) :  Mrs. Anita Singh, has been in the field of education since 7 ½ years and started her career in academics in 2002 as a teacher at St. Vincent’s High & Technical School, Asansol. She was also the Co-ordinator of all extra-curricular activities before she ended her stint to join as a Center Manager at T.I.M.E Institute that caters to all MBA aspirants preparing them for CAT examination.

Senior Section Coordinator: Mrs. Usha Srivastava, M.A. [Eng] B. Ed has been in the field of education since 1992. Previously worked in an English Medium Secondary School in Mumbai for 14 years, motivating and guiding students to realize their ambitions. Joined St. Francis Xavier School in July, 2007.
